Payment Policy  
All therapy fees are due prior to the start of the scheduled session. Bell Family Therapy, PLLC, reserves the right not to begin or carry out the session if fees have not been paid.

Cancellation Policy  
At Bell Family Therapy, PLLC, we understand that schedules may change for various reasons. We ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session.

Refund Policy  
Bell Family Therapy, PLLC, does not offer refunds for services rendered. No refunds will be issued after a session has taken place. No refunds will be issued for courses or other products purchased on our website. Refunds will be issued for payments advanced towards live events, if a request is made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. 

Your Rights

Clients of Bell Family Therapy, PLLC have the right to receive services in a respectful and professional manner, free from discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic. Clients have the right to confidentiality, meaning their personal and session information will be kept private, except in situations where disclosure is required by law. Clients also have the right to informed consent, ensuring they fully understand the nature of the therapy services being provided and any associated risks or benefits. Additionally, clients have the right to withdraw from therapy or refuse any services at any time, and they have the right to access their personal records upon request. If a client feels their rights have been violated, they are encouraged to address the matter with Bell Family Therapy, PLLP in a timely and appropriate manner.
